On October 1, 2021 during a BOD meeting in Charlton House we reviewed the results of our BLSC Member survey.  More detail found in link on Minutes Of Board Meetings page for 2021 (you may have already used that link to get here).

No proposal to change at this time will be made.  Many bylaws should be updated as the world has changed since our original bylaws were written.  The 2021 Board strongly urges the 2022 Board & membership to update many bylaws to bring our club up to date and into the digital age. 

The “Ideas” document linked below was not finalized at the time and was awaiting further update or review by the BOD, but it is an excellent ‘stake in the ground’ for discussion by a new committee or broader representation from our membership.
